Nice room. Clean. Great shower. Friendly staff. Close to entertainment and restaurants.
This hotel is almost new, the bed very comfortable and the room clean and quiet. I will stay here again!
The TV did not work, I had to wait for maintenance to come fix it, the toilet had to be flushed twice each time to get it to work, very little water pressure in the sink. This is not a hotel I will stay in again.
Kansas City has many hidden taxes (14%) instead of Resort Fee that you find out after the fact!
The pillows are way too big and mattress too soft. The rooms are extremely small
