A bit far from the clubhouse where most of the recreational facilities are, pool, spa, saunas, etc. There is a mandatory charge of $35/day not included in the published rate.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms feel updated, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna, hot tubs, and pools are especially enjoyable in the evenings, and the shuttle service makes getting to the slopes very convenient. Staying in the Birch building may require using the stairs, but this was not a negative for us.

El alojamiento es magnífico para una familia con hijos. Porque dispone de 1 hab privada sala y cocina completa y 2 baños

Hay edificios que no tienen elevadores. Y son 4 pisos. También que el aire acondicionado está bloqueado. Entonces afuera hacia 0 grados y adentro morimos de calor con 70 grados

Me gusto que es muy comodo, esta muy bien equipado con todo lo que se necesita, tienen servicio de trasporte cada media hora enfrente hay una plaza con diferentes servicios y un super mercado muy tranquilo

No me gusto que cuando haces la reserva nunca te dice que llegando al hotel tienes que pagar por los servicos de transporte y gimnasio asi como otras intalaciones obligatoriamente. Es una tarifa aparte no incluida en la tarifa del hotel

Check out time was at 10am and cleaning services were at my door at 8am. I felt rushed and left earlier than I had planned.
