"Incredibly comfortable stay"

Felt like a one bedroom apartment. Stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, ice, kitchen appliances, and even a dishwasher. The hot tub was amazing after a day of snowboarding. Wish we could have stayed longer and checked out the town more, and enjoy the other amenities

"Hidden charges"

I was charged an additional 75$ by the hotel for amenities fees like parking, Sauna etc. I was not informed by Booking.com about this charge until I went to check in at the hotel reception. I feel I was deceived and cheated.

"Brutal"

I liked the room--very nicely remodeled. I have stayed at the resort many times as my parents have had a timeshare there for many years and enjoy all the amenities. Staff was very helpful but not very available.

The building I was put in did not have an elevator which I was not informed about when I booked. I travel with a lot of luggage and it was a great burden to carry all that up seven flights of stairs. Also, the thermostat was broken so the main heat register was stuck on and the room could not be cooled down. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work either. I will not stay at Cedar again.
