Lantern Serviced Apartments

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was even accused of taking a towel, which was later found to be present in my room. This has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I feel mistreated. I regret coming here and will make sure to share my concerns with others.

Room was clean.. ok for one night

We didnt have hot water

The room itself was good with nice furniture and kitchen.

If you want to sleep, DON'T choose this place! It's absolutely noisy! There is a window over the front door of the room where it's only net there. There is no glass. You can hear everything! The building itself is so strange. You step out on the balcony and you see the stairs.

Room was not the same as the one advertised

The Hotel personnel were very good the place was clean, the place pretty well comfortable. Very Happy with the place, I would definitely recommended. They need to improve on eating facilities and soace to recive guests by the resident guest

Shower water was taking too long to get hot.

The bed was very comfy

The property needs maintenance, in particular for bathroom which had a lot of mold. Also be careful of charges, they tried to charge us a different rate than that agreed via booking.com causing a lot of unnecessary stress

Everything was good except the power disruption on Saturday as I was making our lunch
