Okay place for shorter stay. Very nice staff! Safe, close to the city

The location and the support staff

The walk up the stairs was too much. Hot water was unavailable at night. The commode seats were broken or absent.

The staff were very polite. The building is well-maintained and clean.

There is no elevator and the 5-storey building may be a challenge for some. The room was a tight fit for a self-catering unit and a little small for 2 sharing. The bathroom is tiny with a narrow door and toilet, sink and shower crowded together. Breakfast was a major disappointment and not what was offered on the menu.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a fridge and cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish to. The location was fine. Nothing to complain about. And there is a balcony. There is a nice restaurant close by. I don;t remember the name, but the staff knows it.
