The staff was very friendly, the location seemed safe, and it was clean overall.

The bathroom needs a lot of improvements - poor water pressure, the toilet was without a toilet seat, and no hooks. There was some noise from the other rooms/neighborhood

They can improve the water quality ( pressure ), there is lot's of noise from neighbors in night so its hard to sleep.

Great, compact apartment situated behind security gates and with a guard. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street and a smart TV. Wifi was very reliable. Situated close to a FooodPlus supermarket. Kettle, fridge and microwave in the room.

The bathroom could do with some hooks to hang towels and clothes. There is a pub on the corner of the street, so if you are a light sleeper rather ask for a room that doesn't face the street. We stayed there over a Friday and Saturday nights so it was a bit noisy but not unbearable. Otherwise, perfectly adequate room for a few nights in Nairobi.

The staff was exceptional, and my room was kept clean at all times. I am extremely satisfied, and the location was perfect.
