The outside lights didn't come on till late

Villa was clean and functional, with very good outside space including a large pool and terrace. The villas are nicely set out surrounded by a fruit farm, so very quiet. But only 10 minutes walk to Latsi village/harbour, so we could easily walk there for an evening dinner.

Although the villa and rooms are functional, some things in the kitchen are very basic - no method to make coffee (other than a kettle) and they really need some new knives and forks. And they did not provide things like a spare rubbish bag or a spare toilet roll. So every new guest has to go out and buy these things, every week. But these are minor issues - the villa is good.

The location is good.

Ground floor air conditioning was not included in the price and this was not mentioned in booking.com, only in owner company's website. In addition, the house has damages in windows and electrical appliances (washing machine leaks water, grill not working, etc). In general, the house needs maintainance.

Location, swimming pool and nearby environment

The house was equipped with 4 air-conditioning units: one in each bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. To our surprise, the air-conditioning units at the kitchen and the living room areas were not operational (the remote controls were missing). After talking to the management, they told us that we needed to pay 7 euros per day per air-conditioning unit extra to have them. THIS IS PATHETIC. THIS IS IN AUGUST, IN CYPRUS, WITH DAILY TEMPERATURE OF 40C. DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL.

Loved everything about this villa….it was so clean and the location was beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Pool area and whole garden areas were beautifully maintained. The views from the villa, especially the bedrooms were stunning. EOS villas couldn’t have been more helpful and answered all of our queries promptly and positively….thank you! We loved our stay and will be back!

Nothing we didn’t like!

Villa better than expected - 3 bathrooms 2 ensuite . Fully equiped kitchen .Quiet location Fly screens on windows and doors. A lot of outside space and pool cleaned every day. Villa cleaned and towels changed twice a week , bed linen weekly. Aircon in bedrooms ( but not needed)

Maybe satellite tv as only local channels but we don't tend to watch tv on holiday anyway
