cleaners were still there when we arrived after 5pm although should have been available from 4pm, we were asked to leave the property at 9am checkout was 10am

1. It was good to have a pool 2. AC in the bedrooms 3. The shower had a good pressure 4. Quick reply in booking.com when help needed 5. House was clean 6. They gave us a good number of body towels. 7. Beautiful view as it is located on a hill 8. Close from the center of Latchi 9. There was vines with passionfruit that would fall when ready to eat. This also provided a good shade.

1. Furniture was quite old. 2. There was no hand soap in any of the 3 bathrooms. We had to buy it. 3. Staff was always around, and we didn't feel relaxed. On the day that we were meant to check out, someone came and said that she had to check the house because it was "their rules." I understand they have to verify in case people take anything, but this should have been communicated in advance. We weren't expecting it and didn't even know if the person was connected to the property. The other person taking care of the garden and pool was very kind and respectful. However, it was also always around every morning, and we never felt completely left alone and relaxed. 4. The product used on the pool stained all our swimsuits, which are now all yellow. Just mine itself costed £70. The person taking care of the pool put product to clean while I was swimming in it. Every time that we wanted to use the pool around 10ish, he would come to take care of it at the exactly same time. When we complaint about this, the people in charge said that the product should only be put 3 times in a week, and he had already done it 2 days in a row. Also, that should be done in the evening when no one is around as it is a toxic product, and it takes its time to dilute. 5. On our checkout day, this person was also somewhere nearby, obviously checking on us, and when we got to our car almost about to leave, he came to open the gate for us. We just really would like to have had more privacy. It was over the top. They were constantly around. 5. When we arrived, the house had a back door open, that we didn't have the keys for. We asked the person that was helping with the garden for it but he didn't understand so we had to leave the house open all night. The day after, I texted them in Booking.com, and they sent him again to finally help giving us the key. 6.

Support staff excellent. Bed very comfortable. Pool area & outside generally lovely & well maintained. Position excellent with lovely views and good off road parking. Restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away in car. Akamas peninsular nearby for good walking trails.

Had problems with water supply. Satellite box didn't work. Lounge area very uninviting. Bathrooms and showers tired. Better suited for outdoor living in summer as opposed to spring when the evenings are quite cold.

There were lots of bugs in the pool, which is understandable due to the lovely orchard, but deters you from getting in. Pool Water temperature also much colder than the sea.

A beautiful villa with its own pool and garden in a quiet location inland but just 15 minutes walk down to Latchi Harbour

Not enough electric sockets!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Moreover, the house was big and clean and in a good location

The gas burner of the electric stove was too small for us to cook. Also, there is not enough lighting at night, in the pool. Especially there on the grill
