Die Anlage ist schön, Personal war sehr nett

Die Bungalows sind sehr klein und den Preis nicht wert. Es gibt viel Deko für das kleine Zimmer so das man gar keine freie Fläche hat. Das Bett ist so hart, es ist auch nur eine Matratze auf dem Holzbrett.

Breakfast was amazing every morning - looking out at the ocean with a great choice for breakfast. Pool was lovely and clean with access to pool toys and plenty of seating to lounge around the pool Great range of organized activities everyday which was a lovely - yoga at sunrise, outings to local tourist spots, markets, movies at sunset etc.

The concierge at the front desk not helpful when organizing activities outside the hotel. Only offered one business when we enquired about an activity which was more expensive than other businesses. As a tourist, you should be able to go to the concierge for advice but the people here were not helpful in telling us all the wonderful places we could've had gone while on holidays. Concierge should have been a lot more knowledgeable rather than just giving us a pamphlet to work out ourselves.

Nous avons été surclassés dans les maisons en front de mer 😍 Un grand merci à l'équipe pour cette belle attention pour que ma fille de 5 ans ait sa propre chambre. Magnifique piscine vue mer et petit déjeuner paradisiaque tous les matins👍

Tout est parfait

It was a very relaxed vibe & there was also plenty of activities planned each day if that's what you wanted. We found the pool area great & all the staff were dealt with during our stay were excellent.

The only criticism I could perhaps make was that the beach directly in front of the hotel wasn't as good as other beaches around Phuket. It was more of a tidal estuary & was very shallow. Great area for Kite surfing & kayaking though..

Tiene de todo, piscina, gimnasio, tienda de ropa, el desayuno es espectacular con vistas al mar. El primer día al ser el día de la mujer me regalaron una rosa. 🌹 La atención del personal siempre impecable y crean una comunidad de whassap cuando llegas donde te informan de todas las actividades del hotel y las que puedes hacer fuera. Si quieres tranquilidad y hacer excursiones este es tu sitio. Increible

Personnel très agréable nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel a taille humaine ça fait du bien de se retrouver dans ce genre d'endroit. La vue est magnifique et la piscine est agréable. Nous avons aimé l'emplacement loin des quartiers animés mais c'est clair qu'il faut être véhiculé sinon c'est compliqué

Peut être le lit qui n'est pas super confortable mais rien de bien grave

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal, ein entspanntes Klientel sowie die stylische und gepflegte Poolanlage.

Das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett im Hauptgebäude, in dem sich auch die Rezeption befindet, war leider sehr klein. Für zwei Personen mit Gepäck war es definitiv sehr beengend, auch das Badezimmer war winzig. Für einen Preis von über 100 € pro Nacht für zwei Personen fanden wir das unangemessen. Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir ab der dritten von vier Nächten ein anderes Zimmer, das deutlich größer und insgesamt angenehmer war. Ein großes Problem war für uns jedoch die sehr laute Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern. Sie war wirklich so laut, dass wir trotz Jetlag kaum schlafen konnten. Ich war bereits in einem Selina in Mexiko und dort sehr zufrieden – hier würde ich allerdings leider nicht noch einmal übernachten.
