Good location, exactly what I expected for the price and I think the negative reviews aren't justified.

You get what you pay for so I can't fault it.

Its a nice comfortable place for the price. Its in a decent location, around the corner from the High Street, theres plenty of food options in the area also, some locals pubs too. If you do like a drink there is a cosy pub downsatirs that offers a selection of drinks a reasonable prices.

Liked the staff great banter and good crack with other patrons to be had aswell only stayed 2nights but had a great time. Thankyou

location for access to stockton town centre was excellent.

ensuite sink was mouldy.

Wonderful staff are more than welcoming,lovely comfortable rooms, in the town centre so you don't have to walk far, bus stops basically out side.
