Beautiful house, comfy beds and a large dining table perfect for board games. Lots of shops, pubs and eateries within walking distance.

The Kirk bells were the only issue. Its strange they toll every 30 mins even from 1am to 5am. Kept waking us up. So if your sensitive to sound it will interrupt your slumber.

Good location and easy to access parking and smooth check in, many good local information as well !! Also very good communication with host and nice personal gesture too !!

Make sure bring your own toiletries (shower gel, shampoo)

Very quirky, comfy , and close to all you need in Kirriemuir itself .

Sadly there was a distressed dog , crying and barking nearby . I hope someone local or other has found a way to help.
