"We love this place ."

The tranquility.

Toilet seat which broke. I was informed that it had been patched before. Told by letting agency they would keep me updated on tge Sat but left on the Tuesday without a repair or phone call or deduction in price. Love this place too.

We have no complaint with kirgate cottage. Pictures are of alternative accommodation. We didn't get to stay at kirk Gate, we were given alternative accommodation which was cold and damp. Please be aware this might happen to you if you book with booking. com

We didn't get to stay here please ask booking.com we have placed a complaint with them. We have sent several emails with no response.

"lovely quiet break away from any hustle and bustle"

large garden and nice accommodation.

robotic lawnmower going around the garden most of the time, even when dark with headlights!! The dogs didn’t like it and barked at it.
