GBIt was a really great layout and everything had been thought of. Kitchen was really well stocked with everything you might need for eating in. Amazing location everything was on our doorstep.
The shower was a little lack lustre. Seemed to be a power shower but no power!
GBGBVery well presented apartment in a very convenient location just off the Main Street in Broughty Ferry and 5 minutes from the sea front. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. A lovely home from home!
On street parking is free but at times can be challenging to locate a spot near the apartment. There are quite a lot of stairs which was fine for us but is worth bearing in mind if you have mobility issues.
GBLovely property and furnished to a high standard in an excellent location.
Access to the property is via two flights of concrete stairs with no handrail on the bottom set. This is not shown clearly in photographs. Front door is a poor design and resulted in a bad fall and I.now have a broken heel bone. Garden is uneven and difficult to access especially decking at the back with raised paving stones. Exercise caution if booking here with elderly guests or young children. I have already advised property company of all this.

Property information said it had a microwave. Unfortunately, there wasn't one. The cutlery is in a hidden drawer, which took a couple of messages to respond to.
