There were no sharp knives for cooking, the washer was set on a child lock feature which took us 45 min to troubleshoot and fix

GBThe Floorboards on the upstairs bedroom on one side are severely unsecure and need urgent attention as the dip dramatically when walked on. The frying pan in the kitchen was not clean. We were unable to light the gas hob cooker as their was no automatic ignition and no manual lighter. The toilet seat in the small downstairs bathroom needs securing. The inside door of the property is very difficult to Lock/unlock. We were given the wrong code for the key lockbox outside the property.
