Stayed many times and will always return, clean, Comfy, spacious, and quiet.

No lamps in rooms, too bright with main light in the evening, no living room table so drinks have to go on the floor.

we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.

Quiet area. Very clean. Good amount of space. Everything in working order. Comfortable.

Please please please can a coffee table and a living room lamp be added to the room. I’ve stayed many times and have requested this, as have other guests. It would make so much difference to the evenings. I saw that bedside tables had been put upstairs which was wonderful, thank you. Just a table and light in the living room and I would have no complains
