Cozy 3-Bedroom Home in Luton

Really cozy, warm and extremely quiet location. Nice big TV with plenty of channels. Spotlessly clean!!!

Cutlery and kitchen utensils let the property down, not enough forks for the 5 of us and no tin opener, fairly basic. Extra pillows would have been good

I’ve stayed several times and have always enjoyed it, been very comfortable and happy with the property

Unfortunately this time I arrived to find the boiler not working and I was without heating and hot water. I informed the property managers within minutes of arriving but the problem didn’t get sorted for the whole 3 days I was there, it was freezing and I couldn’t shower, had to sleep downstairs on the settee because upstairs was like a freezer. Whilst I was compensated with a 30% discount once I had left, my stay was really ruined and uncomfortable this time, and I was disappointed that the issues weren’t dealt with immediately and with urgency.

House was clean and comfy

For the second time of staying at the property the boiler broke. We had no heating or hot water for three days of our stay . There was no reply to my email informing the landlord and no answer on the seven telephone calls.

Clean, comfortable, warm, everything in good working order. Lots of little extras supplied like washing powder etc

Not lamps, so had to have main lights on at night and no bedside tables or coffee table so nowhere to place things

House was clean comfortable warm and even had off road parking.

The apartment was in a nice location and appeared to be clean. However, there was not a single bedside cabinet or table in any of the rooms. We had to put our personal hygiene products on the floor or on the bed, including my babies stuff. There were wardrobes, but they didn't have shelves, just floor base, so we couldn't have used them for the placement of items as stated above.
