MainStay Suites Savannah Midtown

My check in was at 3pm, but I wasn’t able to check in until 5pm because my room wasn’t clean. We sat in the lobby until the room was available. Only to get bit throughout the night by bed bugs. There was also some kind of residue on the mirror in our hotel. No curtain in the bathroom for the walk in shower so water was everywhere. Very bad quality.

Mould in the bathrooms and unhelpful staff , room smelt of smoke and was not offered to move just offered to re-spray room with air freshener.

Roaches and ants in the room. Shower was nast and peeling. Floor was very nasty

Great staff. Room was spacious yet smelled musty. Had to spray air freshener everytime we entered the room.

The room was good it came with a stove and clean fridge

For breakfast they only serve cold boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, orange juice , waffle and toast

Close to hospital

One elevator for a whole floor with many rooms and my room was on other side of building. Made it hard to walk to room with medical Conditions and stairs were ok but dill hard for my medical condition
