The room was clean, it was a fast check in. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great! I usually sleep in tybee on the strip but I will start booking at mainstay suites savannah more often. Because I spend time in savannah quite a bit in my trips anyway. Thanks mainstay for the room and staff.

The pool closed to early. You should make it midnight.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Our room was really gross and dirty, mold on the window, there was literally blood on the walls. It looked like there was bloody boogers all over the walls, and there was some crusty substance on the side of the bed. I lifted the bed up and there was crumbs all over the under side. The floor was really dirty, no one had swept or mopped before we checked in. Very nasty. :(

We felt safe and the place was clean and staff was friendly. The pool looked very inviting and it looked clean.

Our stay was not terrible, but this property needs some upgrades, as it is older. The tile grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and our floors were not swept thoroughly by housekeeping, as there were objects in corners and under the AC unit. There were two bottles or conditioner in the shower, and no shampoo. The coffee making had no brewing basket. At one point, upon leaving the property and returning, our door key card would not work for the side door entrance, nor our room. Another gentleman was having the same issue. We waited, asked other staff, and even tried calling the hotel to get someone to answer to help us because no one was at the front desk. We waited for over 30 minuted to be able to get back into our rooms.
