Swan Valley Serviced Apartments

We have stayed at these apartments before and were previously happy with the rooms. Upon checking in this time we were met with dirty walls, a broken microwave, filthy air con unit and a couch that was covered in stains. We contacted the host who were very prompt in organising a replacement room for us . The host were the only redeemable thing about this property and they tried to accomodate us to the best of their ability ( they were not on site hosts). The new room was cleaner and did not have stains on the couch, however the general standard of the apartment was poor. The walls were dirty, the couch (when we folded it out) was broken at the end making it uncomfortable to sit on . In the morning we were greeted with some small cockroaches in the kitchen. We were granted a late checkout due to our flight time so again, the hosts were the only good thing about this booking :)

Location

Carpark to tight to park. No dish washing liquid, no wash powder for cloths. Only had 1 aircon in whole apartment and that was in the lounge.

Don’t have air conditioning

It was a mixture of overnight stays and short term rentals, it doesn’t work

Owner of the apartment we stayed in is only interested in $$$$

That it was nice and spacious for a two bedroom apartment.

That the rooms didn’t have aircon only in the main living room area.
