Place was very neat and clean with all amenities for cooking and living. Very close to an awesome little deli for snacks, a fish and chip shop and a pizza shop, and a small playground in a nice quiet area.

They advertise the room pictures off their best ones, pictures showed lovely outdoor furniture including an egg chair and cushioned seats, in reality I got a steel chair and table with spare tiles stacked up on the balcony, took 4 days out of the 7 days we were booked and constant calls and emails to admin to remove the tiles as they were a hazard. The secure gate to the parking was broken from some sort accident during our stay to required manual manipulation to be able to open and close, which it was fully automated before being broken by someone, no one on sight to fix immediately. No information of when and what time housekeeping makes their rounds so we had 3 days of full bins and reusing towels and only got refreshed once during out week stay. I generally did enjoy staying there but the information and communication with the administration could use a bit more fine tuning.
