Obiekt w super lokalizacji, stylizowany na nowoczesny o dużym potencjale

Obiekt niestety robi wrażanie niezadbanego brudnego, w pokoju dywan nie widział pralni najprawdopodobniej bardzo długo, w ogóle dywan na kafelkach daje poczucie niedostatecznej higieny, blaty na stolikach brudne, śniadanie wystarczające, oliwki były nieświeże o jajecznicę trzeba było specjalnie poprosić mimo, że była możliwość jej zjedzenia to bez zapytania byśmy jej nie dostali, brak możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania się ze względu na sprzątanie a sprzątanie nie zostało wykonane dokładnie, na dłuższy pobyt - meh, parking na ulicy obok hotelu w sezonie może być ciężko zaparkować

The only thing I felt a bit disappointed is the hotel breakfast.

Very upsetting experience. The first room had used towels, hair on the bedding, dirty floors, no running water for showers, no hand soap and only one bottle of water for two people. We asked for more water and Fadi said that’s all we could have. After a long wait and another phone call, We were then moved to a second room which was just as bad, with hair on the sheets and a large stain in the middle, which the manager Fadi saw himself as we rechecked the room in front of him. Despite how distressing this was, the manager Fadi was dismissive, rude and generally unconcerned. I requested a refund due to the hygiene and water issues. We were offered to move to a motel and they did offer to drive us there, however this hotel was not comparable in standard or location to what we originally booked. We’d been traveling since 8am very tired, and two female travellers in the late evening with no transport and only a few days left in Jordan, the situation was very stressful and poorly handled. The management and hotel is ok, until it isn’t!! They even tried to blame a vengeful revenge cleaning staff. Photos below will show the reality.

Spacious room

Hot rooms and other areas, cannot control the room temp during the heating season other ways than opening windows. The rooftop bar causes very much noise to the room, music in high volume -> no sleeping until they close. Area was not friendly for tourists in the evening.

Interior design, location, amenities, smart tv

The toilet was too small - almost no space between the opened door and the toilet

Location is excellent - very close to the vibrant downtown area. Breakfast also in a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Day time staff are really helpful and warm.

I stayed in Room 6 one night and around 4am a very loud woman was talking in the lobby with the night staff and she woke me up. One of the upper or lower floors might be best.

The hotel is in a very central location and we were able to walk to most of the major sights in Amman. The staff were extremely helpful, when we had to leave early for our tour, they arranged breakfast boxes for us and they also helped us with our luggages later. Plus, the bed was very comfortable, which felt great after a tiring day! Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!
