I had a great experience there, the fridge was just too small that's the only reason I don't give 5 Stars

Cute place. No frills. but a nice pool. And clean comfortable space. Very thin walls is the biggest problem. But most people were quiet. I would stay again

After seeing some reviews about issues accessing the room, I was initially hesitant to book—but I’m so glad I did! We had an amazing time. The property was clean, in a great location, and exactly as described. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions via text. My flight arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed me to check in early. I was also given a later checkout, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend!

They didn't have enough towels.

Overall it was good. Location was great. Publix is 5 minutes walking, beach is 15 minutes walking. Service on phone was effective. Pool cleaning was daily.

I rented for 4 people and the sofa bed was not very comfortable, the extendable part separated every night so my kids did not sleep well in the whole staying. In the kitchen a few more items are needed: pasta strainer, cheese ray, cleaning towels. And they need a rug for the entry and floor drying mop.

The location was excellent. I liked that it had its own pool that only the people who stayed there could use and it wasn’t a lot of people like at a hotel.

First the staff. Not friendly at all and when I tried to ask a question the 2 I spoke to told me they don’t speak English. Also felt the picture was misleading. I booked for me and my 19 year old son and saw that it had a bed and a couch in it which would have been perfect, I was going to sleep in the couch and my 19 year old son on the bed. But there was no couch. If I had known I would have booked a different room or new place al together. We had to get an air mattress and for the money we spent it was very off putting

I really loved the cute, cozy apartment. It was an efficiency, but just enough space for my son and I to stay for the Balling on the Beach event. Check in and out was a breeze and the price even better especially when budget traveling!!!

The booking was for a six night superior room with patio. Upon arrival, we were placed in a small room w/o patio. Called management and were given platitudes. No change of room and no compensation. Last year, we were provided with a quiet spacious room w patio. This is what we expected. We were extremely disappointed. Management offered a change of room for last two days. Still no patio and in areas with loud outside traffic noise. Don't use this service unless you want to be deceived.

Nice safe environment but a lot of the work looks not professionally done. The corking ariund the bathroom sing is horrible the baseboards needs to be replaced. It needs new paint on the walls

It was clean. The staff that was there was responsive. The location was good

I was promised a superior room with patio. I was given a small room with no patio in a heavily trafficked area near the pool. Last year I had a larger room with patio and returned hoping for the same. I was very disappointed and called the management for a change in room. I only got platitudes and was offered a different room for the last two days of my holiday. They were inadequate. I will not return and advise others not to go to this establishment. No compensation was offered.
