Casa Cordova by Lowkl

Localização execelente, no início fiquei um pouco perdida com a chave de acesso mas o anfitrião me ajudou, Único ponto negativo que não faz troca de toalha e após alguns dias do check out a casa Cordova enviou mensagem solicitando a cobrando de duas toalhas. Sendo que estava suja e não manchada. De resto não tem do que reclamar execelente lugar para hospedar com preço justo.’

The room had sufficient crockery and cutlery for two guests and we felt very comfortable. There were supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants nearby. Also any communication with the Lowkl team was swiftly and helpfully answered. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

One small problem when we first arrived was that there wasn't a sign directing us to our room.

La ubicación

No hay personal presencial que se ocupe de que todo funcione. Las personas de la habitación contigua tenían música fuerte, golpes, gritos, etc hasta las 5 de la madrugada. No me dejaron dormir. Tuve que salirme 2 días antes y estoy esperando me reembolsen, puesto que tuve que pagar en otro lugar .

Todo fue excelente..la habitación muy amplia y la cocina bien equipada

Le falta limpieza..el mueble de la sala estaba sucio tal vez una aspirada y hubiese sido mejor..el baño pequeño y también le falto limpieza, encontramos cabello en el piso y en el baño y la primer noche tuve mucho ruido de otra habitación. La última vez que dejé de escuchar el ruido fue a las 3am de la mañana. Muy molesto. Pues arrastraban muebles y golpeaban paredes...los demás días no estuvo tan mal!

This place really cares about its appearance and does a good job of communicating too. Nice pool area. They really really do need more plugs or extension cords especially by the beds. People need to charge phones and laptops and crawling under beds to find a working outlet is not ideal. But it was good

La ubicación y la piscina al entrar brindan una comodidad Muy lindo alojamiento

We reserved pool view well just so you know it’s just a window you can see the corner of where the pool is. Windows were so dirty! Inside and out I’m sure it hasn’t been cleaned in months! Now the room itself is as dirty. I had to go purchase a mop to sweep and mop the place. You can tell it hasn’t been swept and mopped in a while. I’m sure management doesn’t check rooms at all the sofa bed was actually broken. Thankfully we had an air mattress with us. Make sure to bring your own towels they don’t give clean ones. I think what really upset me was while we were staying the night before at almost 5 pm they message us to let us know they will come with pest control starting at 9am. They should have schedule that better before. I had a 10 month old so I’m not sure where they thought that would be ok. Overall I would never stay here again.
