The location was very good, near Publix Supermaket, Ross, restaurants, etc

I founded a cockroach in the kitchen. I paid more money for a kitchenette with terrasse and barbecue, but when I arrived the gave me a room in front of the pool, with no terrace and no barbecue. See the picture attached

It was difficult ultimately to access when we arrived - the gate code didn’t work

The family was clean and comfortable, well secured and is in a great location. When the battery to the lock for our unit died, the guy came and changed it the next day. I would recommend the facility and would definitely stay there again

I wasn't sent the code for the front gate, we had to get that from another guess who wasn't sent it either but had to also get the code from someone else. There was one obnoxiously loud neighbour who probably stayed two nights, so better sound proofing between units, but I don't totally put the blame on the facility, some people should be more considerate.

The location was exceptional. It was comfortable enough and relatively private.

I had the switch rooms and still never got the leisure chair that should be in the apartment I booked. Both apartments were smaller than appeared in the photos.

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool and surrounding areas were clean. The host communicated well.

I prefer if the check in time was earlier, most places allow you to check in by 3pm but the check in was 4pm.

The only thing I like was it was lock up

It was worst experience of my life I beg the manager to let us in because my wife had a surgery an was left in the draft 5 hours before they allow us assistance I had to reach out to booking .com for a refund few minutes after that thats how they allow us to get the code to enter the bed sheets was stain up an blood I told the manager he intern told me thanks for reporting it I told him this is infection and bacteria you think that man answer the only thing he did was email after 7am saying check out link then the maid was cant speak no English couldn't give us sheets nor towels we had to go buy sheets an towels then they thief it when I report it the man only say the staff there we can go check it was the worst or worst an there a guy next door Selling weed all day an night an smoking it was bad for my wife lungs she had to go back to Cleveland clinic

Excelente todo. El lugar divino muy tranquilo, y las instalaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Volveremos muy pronto!

Very convenient with option to do laundry (only with coins of 25c so it was a little bit uncomfortable but we succeeded to change it in the shops near the apartment) was a great location, everything we needed just email the staff and they will be there even there was no reception , free parking and we had small kitchen- it was very helpful for us because we needed room for 2 weeks
