Riad RIM

Recomendado al 100%. El Riad está muy bien ubicado en la Medina, pero fuera del bullicio principal. Las instalaciones y habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas y limpias, especial mención al baño que es realmente bonito. El desayuno rico y hecho con cariño. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo, los chicos del personal que son magníficos, nos trataron fenomenal, atentos en todo momento y lograron que la estancia fuera estupenda. Shukram

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Riad Rim avec un accueil aux petits soins par Ismaël et Sayif. Merci également à Reda que nous avons rencontré à la fin de séjour et à la dame en cuisine dont je n'ai pas le prénom mais qui fait un succulent petit déjeuner ! Notre chambre était petite mais confortable et très propre avec un grand lit. La terrasse est vraiment agréable en fin de journée pour se détendre autour d'un verre.

C'est souvent le cas dans les Riads mais on entend vraiment tous les bruits du bâtiment donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir. Par ailleurs notre porte de chambre avait un gros "jour" entre le mur et la porte, heureusement les chambres sont éloignées les unes des autres.

Central Marrakesh is busy, noisy and chaotic, but we found an oasis of calm tucked away in the small backstreets of Marrakesh is Riad Rim. From the outside it looked like another ordinary building but inside it was wonderfully warm and inviting. Striking Moroccan decor including a ornate pool in the main foyer, dining area and four well appointed bedrooms. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, sofa and table. There was A/C in the room but no television. However with strong WiFi we were able to watch movies on Netflix on our devices and go online. I actually had an impromptu business meeting I had to join and the staff went out of their way to make the lounge downstairs available for me to do this. The staff at Riad Rim were exceptional, especially Ismail a friendly and helpful young man who went out of his way to make our stay brilliant. The rest of the team were helpful too, and Ibtisam who cooked our dinner was a wonderful cook, preparing amazing meals from scratch. We would definitely recommed dinner and breakfast at Riad Rim. In terms of leisure there is a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and also a Hammam with option for massage too. Overall our 4 night stay at Riad Rim was a lovely experience. A great base from which we explored Morocco with daily excursions hiking in Ourika Valley and Agafay Desert Show. We would recommend Riad Rim as a great place to stay in central Marrakesh

We weren't told by airport taxi company drop off point at Sidi Ayoub is a short walk to Riad Rim. Arriving late night we did struggle to find our Riad (as Google Maps is rubbish in the backstreets). So plan in advance or ask Riad Rim to book transport and they will meet you.

Riad agréable, propre et bien décoré. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Personnel accueillant.

Le quartier n’est pas idéal d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant des difficultés à la marche.

We loved how attentive and friendly the staff were — they really made us feel welcome. The riad itself was wonderfully peaceful, a perfect escape after the vibrant chaos of the souks. It felt like a calm little sanctuary.

The location made it really easy to get everywhere, which was a big positive, but the immediate surrounding area felt a little crumbling and not as well maintained as other parts of the Medina.

L’établissement est très bien placé au sein de la médina de Marrakech. Il y a cependant des points de rendez vous possible à entre 3 et 10mn à pieds que ce soit pour prendre des taxis ou se rendre à des activités. Les chambres sont propres, et salles de bains et douche très agréable. Le personnel est absolument adorable, très heureux de donner des conseils sur la visite et au petit soin, un vrai plaisir d’échanger avec eux. Nous recommandons aussi vivement de manger au RIAD car la cuisinière en plus d’être très gentille est très douée nous nous sommes régalés !
