The staff at Riad Rim are some of the kindest and nicest people we've ever met who will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable both with them and in Marrakech. They're extremely knowledgeable about activities and guiding you around the city. The Riad is beautiful and the rooms have everything you need and more and the roof top is also spectacular! Our highlight was also the Hammam which was exceptional!

El persona era muy amable. Me gustó mucho el desayuno y la terraza. El riad está a 10min caminando de la plaza y es una calle muy tranquila.

Al llegar la calle no se encuentra bien y asusta un poco, pero en cuanto conoces la zona y la ciudad te das cuenta que es todo muy seguro.

Styl budynku jest niesamowity, w szczególności polecam dla każdego kto nigdy nie miał do czynienia z tym stylem architektonicznym. Całość rzeczywiście wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Personel miły, pomocny i dostępny o każdej porze. Dodatkowy plus za jacuzzi na dachu, z którego można oglądać Marakesz.

To nie jest zastrzeżenie do samego obiektu, ale do miasta Marakeszu. Niestety nie ma możliwości dojazdu autem pod to miejsce i należy uważać na „lokalnych przewodników”, którzy rzekomo chcą pokazać drogę. Google mapy napotyka problemy, lub każe autem jechać przez ulice przejezdne jedynie dla skuterów. Polecam iść z kimś zaufanym kto zna trasę, lub być przygotowanym na dłuższe szukanie.

Location, ambience of property and authenticity of the riad and friendliness of the staff. Took optional massage which was good

Nothing to dislike, but a Suggestion: It would have been good to have some fruits available at breakfast time

The location was excellent. Rida and his team were very welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for walking maps, sunset drinks and restaurants.

The bed was a little firm, but that's personal preference.
