Riad RIM

The staff were lovely, especially Ismail who went above and beyond ensuring our stay was amazing, and worked tirelessly so we would have the best possible time we could. The bed was very comfy and the location super central. Dinner was great and the jacuzzi quite the bonus!

The room was a little noisy, you could hear people in the lobby quite loudly. It was almost too close to the Souk so you needed to cross the busy market everyday.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Lieu au calme et très silencieux. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute et très discret. Cuisinière sur commande lavé qui fait des plats très savoureux.

La literie pourrait être un peu mieux car matelas très dur. C’est le seul bémol

The staff was awsome and helpfull, even making not quite confronting decisions for then, which was helpful to us.

Excellent riad, we stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It served as a perfect escape from the busy Medina, with a lovely central area (including a plunge pool) and a beautiful rooftop terrace (with a hot-tub). The room was comfy, nicely-decorated and with very effective air-conditioning. The staff were all very accommodating (Saif and Souhail in particular) and gave us lots of helpful information. They also have couscous parties once a week, which was great fun, including use of the bar!

The party did go on quite late and was pretty loud.

Tous la qualité des services, la propreté ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Pour ma première visite à Marrakech j’ai été ravi et comblée par toute cette gentillesse. J’ai déjà transmis l’adresse du Riad a mon entourage.Encore mille fois merci 🙏 et à très bientôt

The room was large and nice. Marrakech is wonderful. The location was good.

This was the 6th Riad we stayed in and unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay. The pictures on Booking.com are much better than the riad in reality. When we arrived we asked for breakfast at 8 o'clock. This was okay, but the next day at 8 they said it was not okay and we had to wait very long for the breakfast. We had read positive reviews about the jacuzzi, but it was cold and dirty. They said it would be ready at 8.30 in the evening, but then it was still cold and dirty.
