Instyle Residences at RIZZ SUITES

Location was in a relatively quiet area. Very few noisy motor bikes through the night. Fantastic gym on premises! Private indoor parking with 24 hour attendant was excellent and always available. Definitely worth the 200 dollar upgrade to the premium suite for the week. My friend got the regular room and like I said, definitely worth the upgrade. My accommodations were spectacular.

Sheets and pillows had that left in the washer too long funk but looked clean otherwise. Worst offenders put to the side.

The location, it is walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment because we were a group of 5 people, but upon arrival they gave me a 1-bedroom apartment because the unit I reserved was supposedly not cleaned yet. For the first night, they split us into 2 separate rooms, but the air conditioning in the room they assigned to me was not working, so I had to sleep on a small couch in the living room. The next day, after many conversations and arguments with the staff, who seemed completely unaware of what was going on, they finally moved us into the apartment I originally booked. Additionally, we were staying on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service during our entire stay. We had to use the emergency stairs every day, which appeared unsafe and dangerous .

For anyone interested or just looking into reserving a room at this location you will not be disappointed, not only from a staffing, security and cleaningness standpoint, but absolutely from management. The (CEO) Mr Alexander Maurerbauer, who I can't thank enough for his compassion and quick response in resolving my issue. You know it's a frightening thing when you are boarding your international flight to your location and you receive that text message telling you your reservation has been changed and you've been rebooked at a totally different location. Mr Maurerbauer, this gentleman met me at the resort he listened and understood my frustration and he repeatedly apologized deeply for the mix-up. This is the very reason why I've stayed at this location several times. I can't think the entire resort enough. see y'all again very soon!!

The place is new and well equipped and in a good location. Staff is nice and in general it’s very comfortable and clean.

There is no information that they will charge additionally at the end for the electricity and it’s not transparent how they measure that cost. I paid the cost of electricity for 3 days like for a month in my country. Additionally, there place where breakfast is provided is in the different location and it’s called Infinity Blue. When you go there 1st time for breakfast the staff is behaving weird, trying to sell you additional services like massage but they are very burdening. We had 3 people jumping around us and we couldn’t eat breakfast in peace. They were also asking many uncomfortable questions so I didn’t feel good there and I had to protect my boundaries. That was very uncomfortable.

I was traveling solo through DR and ended up in Sosúa. With no place booked, I searched for something last minute and came across Rizz Suites. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because of how spontaneous it was but what a surprise this place turned out to be. The check in was smooth and easy. Even though I arrived late and looked completely exhausted, the staff greeted me nice and gave me quick tips on where to eat nearby, and had me in my room within minutes. The room itself was way beyond what I imagined: spacious, spotless, with a modern design and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had on my entire trip. The shower was huge and had strong water pressure (a small detail, but after hours on buses, it felt like heaven), and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls—rare when traveling through this part of the world. At first, I thought staying only one night would be enough, but in hindsight I wish I had stayed longer. The only “negative,” if you can even call it that, is that I had trouble finding the entrance in the dark it's a little hidden. But that turned into a positive—I ended up meeting one of the security guys outside who not only showed me the way in but also gave me recommendations for where to go and what to look out for, that guy in the night shift was a nice dude. All in all, Rizz Suites was one of those unexpected gems you stumble upon when traveling. What I thought would just be a simple overnight stop became one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommended, especially if you want comfort, safety, and a touch of home while on the road. If I come back to sosua I definitely know where to stay.

The entrance is at the Parking of the property which was a little confusing but after I found it that was actually convenient your car stays cool always.
