Remarkable Boultons Barn with hot tub & opt sauna

Paul, our host, was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The barn is warm, cozy, homely and quirky with lots of vintage memorabilia and books to occupy our time. Super cozy, comfy bed. We were not brave enough to try the hot tub because of freezing weather. Loved our stay.

What is not to like about this place? It's like stepping back in time with all the modcons! Everywhere you look there is something of interest. Beautiful old books, interesting niknaks just fab! The place was so comfortable and relaxed with a lovely roll top bath, awesome shower and a hot tub. Paul is a wonderful host and warmly welcomed us, nothing was too much trouble.and we felt very at home immediately. Close to Bovey for food and supplies and Dartmoor right on the doorstep! This.place is a real gem!

Location was quiet and host was friendly. Some food essentials were provided.

Not able to sit in the hot tub and relax. It had a high side which was difficult to get out of and too deep to sit in. Bed was on an angle where your head was lower than your feet. No empty cupboards to store our food and limited space for clothes. Lots of different bins for recycling etc. but they were too small for purpose.
