"Exceptional B&B"

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everywhere was very clean and the facilities were amazing. Delicious breakfast which really set you up for the day and great transport links for the city.

There nothing that we didn't like.

The entire place was spotless clean and very well looked after. Bed was super comfortable. Quiet area away from the city centre but easy reachable by a car/taxi within 10 mins. The hosts are just perfect, exactly what you need. Very attentive and helpful when required but same time give you plenty of privacy and your own space. Communal room you can use for breakfast and also to relax, play some games, have a drink etc. The cooked breakfast was very tasty.

Only thing I could ask for, would be more board games in English :) But thats being very picky. We enjoyed our stay and will happily stay again if we are in Manchester.

The hosts are super friendly, the room is beautiful, clean and has everything you will need. The house is calm since there are only three rooms rented. The breakfast is cozy and good. You can go to the city centre within 20 minutes by tram. We enjoyed a lovely stay and if we ever come to Manchester again we will definetely stay here again :)

The hosts were very warm and welcoming, they treated us with respect and were very accommodating for the entire stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy, great amenities and breakfast was delicious. No complaints. Would 100% book again! :)
