"Highly recommended B&B"

Lovely welcoming hosts, exceptional breakfast. Room was immaculate & very close to tram station into Manchester. Good area with parks, restaurants & pubs nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Gentillesse des propriétaire, tout est bien équipé : douche avec toilette personne dans la chambre, télévision dans la chambre et logement très propre.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast (both the Hong Kong and the English) were delicious, also the fruit bowls were great additions to the breakfast. Gloria and Frankie were very friendly and helpful.

"What a fantastic BnB! Such wonderful hosts — if only every place was run like this!"

This place is amazing! Gloria and Frankie have thought of absolutely everything. They’re super welcoming and their attention to detail is incredible. There’s parking right outside, easy keypad entry, super comfy beds, and a spotless clean throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious too (particularly the scrambled eggs). Honestly, five stars just isn’t enough!

It’s hard to find anything to fault here. Maybe the café latte could’ve been a little better, but that’s me being picky! Regular coffee was much better.

Owners are super friendly - Genuinely lovely people. Room was a good size, really clean and were perfect for our visit to Manchester. Metro station is a short walk down a well lit main road and we had no trouble commuting into the city. Hong Kong Style breakfast is a must try 😋
