Pavilion Boutique Hotel

So, overall the place is very nice: it’s beautiful, the location is fantastic, the staff is amazing, the bed is very comfy. Also, the water temperature and pressure are great, which is an unfortunate rarity. Much of it is, as others mentioned, under construction, but I don’t see it as a huge downside. It happens, and I’m actually curious to see the result. But of course there is much left to be desired in terms of facilities at the moment. I would like to come back in hope to see its potential reached despite some downsides during my stay (see below).

The main problem was our room: while beautiful, it was tremendously badly designed. We haven’t seen anything that inconvenient anywhere in our numerous travels. The wardrobe, for example, was a beautiful piece of furniture, but it could only accommodate short items, so I couldn’t put in half of my clothes: dresses, coat, skirts, pants that can’t be folded. The sink had so little place for everything I barely could place our stuff. There were no place with even lightning to put on make up. There were no towel hooks!! Indeed, first time encountering anything like that. Those are just main points. It was also a bit noisy since we could hear the road well, and the floor door being slammed (please, put the shutting mechanism on it!). Maybe it was our room only, I don’t know, but we constantly felt lack if space and basic convenience despite the room being of a good size.
