"Not a boutique hotel. No value for money"

Great location. Comfortable bed

No amenities. None. You get a bed. Even water is only provided ONCE a visit. For coffee I needed to leave the hotel and go to the nearest cafe. When I needed an iron, I called the reception a few times and nothing, so I wore wrinkled clothes. This is not a boutique hotel. It's a bed. Zero value for money.

Everything is amazing, except the fact that the kitchen and the bar which is quite Ikonic for this hotel doesn’t work for this time being. It’s not bad but it would be good that Hotel told me this prior so that I can coordinate my meetings and meals outside of the hotel. Everything else about Pavilion is absolutely amazing.

"Great Stay, Great Staff, Great Vibes"

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with a group of friends, and we had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with free wifi working very well in each part of the hotel. The location was also perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The 24-hour reception was a big plus — no matter the time, someone was there with a smile, happy to help and make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Belgrade!
