"Hotel looks like new"

Facility was spotless and the rooms were comfortable. The front desk was helpful and allowed us an early check-in. Exercise equipment in good order. Breakfast was quick and tasty.

"Hyatt Regency Baytown dissapoints."

Staff was unfriendly and their answer to almost everything was a "no". My room was not cleaned at all during my stay even though they promised me 2 days in it was gong to happen. Restaurants shutdown at inconvenient times, no happy hours on weekends, and the kicker is they raised my room rate after am ice storm because "everyone decided to stay over after the conference due to weather " according to the front desk receptionist... who is also the cafe attendant and other things. It was just a very disappointing stay.

We chose the Hyatt Regency Baytown because we wanted to stay outside of Downtown Houston and at the same time close to the NASA Space Center. Great views out into the bay, no parking fees. Modern and very clean, staff friendly. Exceptionally good breakfast at the restaurant.

The room was beautiful and clean and I loved the shower!

My coffee maker didn’t work!!!! It was very disappointing. I like to enjoy coffee in my robe in peace and quiet in the morning and I couldn’t.

Good location. Very nice.

Restaurant was too expensive so we left to eat. I still have yet to receive my refund from the required $50 per night deposit. It seems excessive that I must call a month later to chase down my required deposit that I was told would ve refunded in 7 business days.
