The location was amazing

The location and price was excellent

Having to return the parking card after exiting the car park was inconvenient. Having to find street parking to go back up to the apartment especially if you where traveling alone with children is very difficult. There needs to be a drop box.

Really clean apartment, excellent location, communication very efficient

Decent apartment and good for family

Waiting time for elevators.

Spacious apartment, which importantly included parking. It was only a short walk from the Melbourne CBD, and close to everything in Southbank.

Small complaint and out of the apartment owner’s control; the elevators were very slow on check-out day. About an hour of waiting time for three elevator trips. Apartment was excellent however, and would stay again.

Location was awesome and the apartment was spacious for a family of 5. I really appreciated the change of beds to two singles rather than a double for the kids.
