Mega Style Apartments Southbank

I was charged a ridiculous $1000 security bond deposit to which the staff at megastyle apartment for my entire trip tried to find reasons to keep this money. I extended my stay by 2 days but on the day I extended you would think it's quite obvious that extending my stay means I'm not checking out but megastyles still tried to charge me a $200 late check out fee when I wasn't checking out then they asked if it was ok if they moved us to a different apartment upstairs because the one we were in only had 1 night available upstairs had 2 so I said ok as they said it's the same as if I was staying where I was except it was a nightmare in the morning the cleaners came and they took all the dirty laundry and said they'd be back to take us up to the new apartment so we were packed up ready and they made us sit there and wait for 8 hours before they finally came and relocated us up to a unhygienic substandard I'll equipped apartment that didn't even have back up toilet paper and both apartments had the most disgusting vacuum cleaners they were already full hadn't been emptied since who knows when and the most god awful smell coming out of them anyway megastyles must not have checked with their cleaners to know they took all the dirty linen from the first apartment and there was no spare linen but after leaving megastyles have tried to keep my $1000 security deposit by accusing me of stealing disgusting dirty linen and smoking in the apartment when I do not smoke cigarettes they said they found butts in the vacuum but the vacuum was full before we arrived so who the hell knows what they found in there but to try and keep my deposit due to imaginary reasons is really disappointing and unacceptable how can any business conduct themselves in this manner.

Property and cooking utensils wasn’t cleaned properly.

It was spacious and clean. Comfy beds.

3 brd was a little pokey. You could hear people going to the toilet next door.
