Room and motel were clean

Hard to determine where entrance to driveway is

Did the job, room smelled like floor cleaner even though I checked in at 10pm. Bathroom is strange, no tub and a phone next to the toilet? Great for some, unusual for most. Bathroom tiles peeling away from the walls and some animal hair in the bedsheets. One of the side doors didn’t work so it was propped open with a bucket (?!) Overall, it was ok but the bar is on the floor. I wouldn’t have spent longer than one night here. Was never expecting the four seasons but I’ll find a holiday in express or something instead next time.

I liked how it was rather secluded and set back away from the traffic.

Definitely could use more lighting in the bathroom.

Would love to have had the little bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion offered as the pumps in the shower were not filled and was difficult to push the creams out. Didn’t have lotion available at all as it was not offered like most hotels do.

Clean room. friendly ,helpful staff.

This was a great place to stay after a concert at Soaring Eagle. It was about $100 cheaper than place in Mt. Pleasant and just 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly, and room was spacious. Eady on and off from the highway without the highway noice. We'd stay here again.

I was traveling with my partner and his service dog. He is a disabled veteran. Upon arrival I was told we were placed on the second floor. When I asked for availability on the first floor, the clerk informed me that there were 1st floor rooms, but I had chosen a deluxe room and they were on the second floor. I said were would take the 1st floor room, offering to pay for the deluxe if we could move to the first floor. I was told that wasnt allowed because we didnt book directly with that particular hotel. Then she told me there was a charge for the dog to stay. I phoned the 800 number for Best Western and was told that they do not charge for service dogs, and because we booked online she could not change the room, but if there was availability the hotel could move us. You got it, the clerk said only a manager could do it and the manager was gone. The person from the 800 call phone the desk clerk. After which she was at least polite but refused to move us. You should consider modifying your policy, train staff to understand the needs of those with service animals and the LAWS they must abide by. This was likely the LAST time I will see the inside of a Best Western hotel. Come on, you CAN do better than this.
