Had a comfortable stay overall. The staff was polite, helpful and very prompt with service. Rooms were clean, well-maintained and all the facilities were good. There was a minor AC issue initially, but it was resolved quickly by the team. Overall, a nice and pleasant experience.

Clean and very well maintained property. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely along with dinner at the restaurant.

The staff were polite.

The hotel staff did not greet us or welcome us as they did to other guests with garlands and drinks. The pre check in experience was not good. They asked us to wait for half an hour before handing over the room key. When we entered the room, the room had a bad smell to it and the bed sheets were creased. We had to request a room change. The cleanliness and overall presentation of the room and the hotel was not at all of 5 star level. The whole experience was at best a luxury budget hotel experience and not of 5 star level.

I liked everything except food

Food was terrible. Please compare yourself with other branches in other cities and see how pathetic the food tastes here. Only generosity and kindness is not enough, you should prepare good food also. But In- Room dining is good enough but limited menu
