On check in my booking was a complete mess up they first said that I did not have a booking with them and maid it felt that I maid the mistake they handled me very poorly and let us wait for 2 hours to get a room and on top of it all they charged me much more that booking.com charged me after showing them proof I paid the booking.com price but the staff at the place are not pleasant at all!! We booked two suites and expected some good service because we paid a lot of money to stay there!
