The spa area,staff was rude & unprofessional. Spa area was not clean.

Chocolate pudding for terrible

The 1st 2 rooms that were offered to me had a mouldy smell. We settled for the 3rd room The connection between the rooms hallway was always dirty. The parking lot is too far. We always had to ask the hotel staff to take us with the golf cart. The staff were very reluctant to take us to the parking lot.

The reception when we arrived at the resort, it immediately felt like a home away from home

The service at the restaurant, more attention was being given to other tables more than others. It needs to be more balanced

The breakfast was exceptionally great and had a wide variety of choices for meals. I loved the selection of cold meats and confectionery

Everything was great for me; I have nothing negative to say except the fact that the pool by the Spa area was being renovated and I wanted to experience the view from that deck.

I love everything the place has to offer, as soon as we arrived we were handed over some refreshments & the staff kindly gave us a tour of the room options available for us to choose from, they have beautiful rooms & room service is available throughout our stay. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast will plenty of delicious options to choose from. There’s also plenty of areas to relax, a swimming pool, bar area and also a service desk where you can enquire about other services available. I’ll definitely be back to make the most out of what this unique place has to offer 😁
