Casa Miyana by Kukun

La ubicación, todo queda muy cerca. La vista desde el departamento (aunque me dan miedo las alturas), es muy bonita.

Que en una de las habitaciones haya camas individuales, si se viaja en parejas, como fue nuestro caso.

It is an excellent place, which lots of shops and restaurants downstairs and nearby. Room is with a 5-start level. All the facilities are maintained well. Full kitchen, with washer and dryer. View in the sitting is beautiful! Kukun’s team provided very good service. They arranged staff to pick up us at Starbucks/ Smartfit near the lobby, helped us to get the access card, introduced us how to walk through the building to our room. It is a great experience to stay in Miyana. This place is worth to stay.

NA. I reviewed previous review before I checked in. People have concerns about the hot temperature without an air con. So during the morning, I drew the blackout curtains to minimize the impact of heat radiation on the indoor temperature. In the afternoon, I would open the window for hours. This worked very well.

Excelente ubicación y limpieza periódica de los departamentos. Maravillosas vistas y luz.

No se pueden utilizar las instalaciones del gimnasio ni aprovechar las clases de deporte. Una pena.

El servicio es espectacular y la ubicación también tristemente no puedo decir lo mismo de la limpieza, el refrigerador estaba sucio, pelos en la lámpara de mesa de noche, una sticker de maleta pegada en la cama, abajo de la cama súper empolvado como si nunca hubiese sido limpiado, entre otras cosas que encontramos de suciedad en el apartamento.

The view was amazing, had everything needed, nice kitchen, bathrooms were big and spacious, bed was comfy.

There were a lot of sewage mosquitoes and the fridge was not cleaned before my arrival.

This property was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment was well-located, clean and comfortable. I would stay one more time in that apartment.

We couldn't use the facilities for children and that was the purpose of being in a complex like Miyana, and also you need to remember every time to the parking security who you are, I think they should keep a register of the plates and the last names of the main contact to make it more smooth.

I just wish could have a/c.
