Good value for money compared to other hotels in Kars. Simple and functional. Top location right in the center. 10 minutes walk from train and bus stations. Staff is friendly and offered us tea on arrival and departure. Late check in. Seemed clean.

needs proper window blinds as it is a little too bright from outside street lights during the night would be good to have at least a kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee wifi is too slow and often cuts out, needs better router setup. no room service or fresh towels on multi day stays.

L'hôtel est au cœur de la ville historique, ma chambre était confortable et propre, le personnel agréable, et le tarif abordable. Bus pour la nouvelle gare routière (avec un peu de marche pour terminer) pratiquement en face de l'hôtel.

L'hébergement est passable pour y passer une nuit

Les toilettes n'étaient pas fonctionnelles. Je l'ai signalé dès mon arrivée, on m'a dit que le nécessaire allait être fait dans l'heure. Deux heures après, toujours rien, je relance donc le personnel. 4 heures plus tard, en revenant d'une balade je demande si elles ont été réparées et mon me regarde avec un grand sourire pour me dire non. A mon départ j'ai donc demande au gérant de l'établissement d'avoir un remboursement partiel. On m'a généreusement offert une éventuelle réduction si je revenais un jour...

Reception was polite and helpful in answering my questions despite the language barrier. The hotel is the best location you can get as it is right on the main shopping street and the castle/old Kars are only 15 mins by walk.

If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that this hotel is in the loudest part of the city so it may not be ideal for you in that case. Some very minor cleanliness issues such as a rotten grape in the corner of the room lol.
