L'hôtel est très bien et parfaitement situé dans la ville de Kars. La chambre était propre et bien agencée, et le personnel était extrêmement aidant et accueillant ! Je reviendrai :)

Accueil très sympathique, disponibilité et gentillesse des employés. Hôtel place au centre ville de Kars parfait pour explorer les lieux d'intérêts et proche des gares routière et ferroviaire. Lits confortables.

Öncelikle savaş hocama çok teşekkür ederim, bir gece kalmış olsakta kendisiyle güzel bir sohbetimiz oldu. Hem Savaş Bey hem resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok kibardı. Yemek yiyeceğimiz, alışveriş yapacağımız yerler konusunda yardımcı oldular. Oda temizdi. Yatak örtüsü, battaniye vs. bunlarda temizdi. Banyoya koyulan havlularda temizdi. Sıcak su akıyordu. Şampuan ve sabun vardı. Oda dışarısı yağmurlu olmasına rağmen sıcaktı. Ayrıyetten petekte yanıyordu. Lobide çay vardı. Güvenlik konusunda da herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Biz Doğu Ekspresi için geldik ve bir gece kaldık. Fiyat olarak hepsinden uygundu. Hizmet olarakta fiyatının karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyordu. Otel konum olarak tam merkezin ortasında kalıyor. Her şey yürüme mesafesinde. Ben memnun kaldım sizlere de tavsiye ederim.

The location was excellent. Communication was great and the staff very nice.

Bathrooms need a deep clean as they had severe mould. Bedding whilst clean/ laundered had signs of stains. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom. Poor /broken blinds in the windows.

I got the room for a very good price value. The staff was helpful and operative. The location was perfect, but it comes with a noisy street.

You can take a look at the level cleanliness of the bathroom in the moment of check-in. It is clear it wasn't thoroughly cleaned since some months. Beware.
