Hotel très simple avec une salle de bains ridiculement petite. Mais l'hôtel n'étant pas cher, on en a pour le prix que l'on paye.

Giriş-çıkış işlemlerinde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Otel bence özellikle iş için gidenler ve konfordan ziyade cidden uygun fiyatlı barınma arayışında olanlar için ideal. İşletme olarak resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar danıştığınız şeyler için (gidilebilecek yerler, nasıl gidilir vb.) yardımcı oldular. Havlular, yatak, oda temizdi. Soğuk bir şehir ama kaloriferler gayet yeterli sıcaklıktaydı gece hiç üşümeden rahatlıkla yatabilirsiniz. Sıcak su konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadım. Sadece lavabo kapısının kulpunda küçük bir sorun vardı, işletme sahibine şahsi tavsiyem bu bahaneyle bütün donanımları kontrol ettirebilirler. Ulaşım açısından tam şehür merkezinde olduğu için çok rahat, kaleye yürümeyle 15-20 dk, Peynir Müzesi'ne yine 20 dk civarı, Kars Müzesi'ne 30 dk. Ve 400 TL'ye turlar var Ani Harabaleri-Çıldır Gölü ve Sarıkamış olmak üzere ayrı, otel sizin için kayıt yaptırabiliyor. Kısaca temiz bir işletme, hoşgörülü ve saygılı hizmet var, fiyat/performans olarak yeterli bir hizmet, konfor arayışında olanlar için çok uygun olmayabilir ama orta ölçekli ve uygun bir otel arıyorsanız gayet güzel.

The location in the center of Kars is perfect. The staff were very nice and helped us with any questions.

Good if you’re on a budget

The tour operator (Gazi Tourism) they work with is not good. The tour should have been in english but the driver was not able to speak in english, just a guide who only stayed for a couple of hours gave me some infos. The minibus was full and the driver made me stand for the first couple of stops and then let me seat on a box(photo). If you are a foreigner, look for a company with only English tours, otherwise they will just speak Turkish and you will not receive the same treatment

Location of the property was great, the city of Kars was beautiful and we loved looking around. The hotel room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable. Great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with answering all our questions too!

Not a deal breaker but the bathroom was very small.
