Great location, very safe and on a calm street

The breakfast part being on the terrace - it was cold

The hotel is great, people working there are beyond kind and always willing to help. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, the setting is so beautiful.

Contraction in a room downstairs should not have been done in the afternoon hours when people are resting

Location was perfect

Breakfast area was cold in late January early February, as it’s a roof terrace more outside heating put on before guests arrive would be ideal

The personal touch is incredible, the staff are so helpful and friendly The location is absolutely incredible, the best area Staff fold your clothes everyday

The rooms are quite basic compared to the rest of the hotel. We got a tea in our room one day but not everyday There was not a turn down service The bathroom was not great, the toilet has a makeshift room

Beautiful Hacienda and seamless modern wing renovation. The room was spacious, comfortable and we slept like babies as it was pin drop quiet. We were a metal cat walk away from the outdoor terrace where they served breakfast and it was delicious. The location was perfect with coffee shops and restaurants a plenty. The staff was amazing and couldn’t be more attentive.

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal. Tolle Frühstücksterasse.

Kein Wasserkocher bzw. Nespresso am Zimmer.
