INWi-Fi stopped working in between I was watching TV and we not informed that the Room Key Cover bears the Wi-Fi Password, so could not watch TV in the evening or even in the morning. Desk Staff must update such details while handing over the Room Key.
To climb the staircase on the top floor for having morning breakfast.

CAThe hotel Lords inn in Rajkot stated that they had received no reservation on my name from Booking. Com. As a result I was given no room and I had to search for a room in another hotel. Even when I showed them the confirmation paper from Booking. Com they said it was a mistake made by booking. Com. I urge Booking.com . to take up this matter urgently with the hotel. I should be compensated for the harassment, and the immense difficulty I faced looking for another place. All hotels were full in the city of Rajkot. I found a place in a hotel 50 km away. Please reply to my concern and to this complaint of mine. This matter should be taken up with the hotel.
