Housekeeping department is missing. Room, bed, bathroom - nothing was clean. It took us 30 minutes to get someone to change the bedsheets etc. There were hair on the bed. The floor wasn't mopped, the drawers weren't cleaned of the waste left by the earlier guests. What more, overall not a good experience.
