Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. 1. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, unterwegs einen Anruf zu bekommen, dass plötzlich jemand Fremdes im Apartment steht und beginnt, unsere Sachen hinauszustellen – mit der Begründung, er habe ebenfalls gebucht. Offensichtlich wurde der Zugangscode an mehrere Personen weitergegeben, was ein gravierender Sicherheitsmangel ist. Dass in so einer Situation niemand von Sanders erreichbar war, setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Wir haben sofort versucht, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Erst am nächsten Tag zu Mittag kam eine Rückmeldung – viel zu spät. Wir mussten in dieser Situation sogar die Polizei einschalten, da wir keinerlei Unterstützung vom Vermieter erhalten haben. Trotz dieses massiven Vorfalls haben wir nicht einmal eine angemessene Entschädigung für die verlorene Nachtruhe und die ständige Angst erhalten, dass während unserer Abwesenheit erneut jemand das Apartment betreten und unsere Sachen mitnehmen könnte. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren. 2. Der Parkplatz war ebenfalls eine Zumutung. Es wird überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, dass richtig geparkt wird. Anwohner parken kreuz und quer, wodurch es kaum möglich ist, selbst ordnungsgemäß zu parken. Die Vermieter unternehmen rein gar nichts dagegen.

I stayed at Sanders for one week, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in instructions were sent before my stay and were easy to follow, making the arrival smooth The apartment was clean, modern, and luxurious, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Lovely balcony and the convenience of a private parking space, makes life much easier if you’re coming and going during the week. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The service didn’t stop when I checked out either. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left some cash in the apartment so I called the contact number, and Paul helped me figure out what we could do to get it back — he was patient, reassuring, and guided me through exactly how to retrieve it. Thanks to him, I got everything back quickly and without any stress. Big thank you to Paul!! 🙏🏽 Also location is good and there’s coffee shops, convenience stores and pharmacy within walking distance. Id 100% stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at sanders only Limassol.
