We had a great time at Diamond Gem Residence. During our arrival Jules was there to guide us and we had a very nice talk. We surly will come back again to this lovely place.

Very spacious room, bed was comfortable, shower nice and warm. No noise. Close to supermarket, public transport and restaurants

The road to the residence, but thats not the owners fault.

"Omijaj dalekim łukiem"

Nic, zostaliśmy oszukani przez gospodarza obiektu. Na bookingu wybrałem pokój łóżko king size widokiem na ogród, który na zdjęciach przedstawiał pokój z odzielonym aneksem kuchennym, sypialnią i oknem (powinien mieć według opisu 32m2). Dostaliśmy pokój w pakamerze bez żadnego okna o rozmiarze ok 18m2. Po zgłoszeniu uwag do gospodarza i próbie rozwiązania sytuacji usłyszeliśmy, że nie ma dla nas takiego pokoju jak zarezerwowaliśmy, pokoje przedstawione na zdjęciach w ofercie z bookingu nie są do wynajęcia i obiekt jest cały zarezerwowany oraz nie właściciel nie obniży nam ceny pokoju i ewentualnie możemy sobie szukać czegoś innego jak nam się nie podoba. Dopiero po interwencji że strony booking.com właściciel obniżył cenę za pobyt.

Pokój w pakamerze, bez okna. Brudny, obecne małe robaki, komary w środku pokoju i jeden karaluch. W pokoju zapach wilgoci. Brak jakiegokolwiek miejsca do przechowywania i suszenia ubrań. Brudny dywan przy łóżku. Brudne ręczniki i pościel. Wątpliwej czystości słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Właściciel sprawiał wrażenie bardzo miłego, natomiast okazał się cwaniakiem - czytając inne opinie okazuje się, że nie nas pierwszych potraktował w ten sposób. Nie wiem skąd tyle pozytywnych opinii tego obiektu.
