Only 2 towels for 2 guest in the room, no hand towels , no floor towel, if you need pool towels you need to go to the lobby request a pool towel and leave $10 dl per towel. No hair dryer in the room, no extra tissues

The location. The beach is nice.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am truly saddened to see how much the property has deteriorated since my previous visit two years ago. Back then, the hotel felt like a fine resort experience, which is why I was willing to pay the premium price again. Unfortunately, that level of quality no longer exists. The condition of the building is extremely disappointing. Almost everywhere you look, the property shows clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. The ceilings are peeling, doors are damaged or broken, stairways appear worn and unsafe, walls are dirty, and parts of the roof are covered with plastic tarps. The overall appearance of the hotel feels old, rusted, and poorly maintained. It is obvious that the property is in desperate need of major renovations and repairs. The outdoor areas also require attention. While they are not in as poor condition as the interior, they still no longer reflect the standards of a high-end resort. The room service and overall guest experience have declined significantly as well. When we arrived, there were no towels in our room, and to make matters worse, there is no phone available to contact the front desk. Guests are expected to communicate through WhatsApp, but most of the time the calls go unanswered or directly to voicemail. This creates unnecessary frustration, especially considering the high rates being charged. The restaurant quality has also gone downhill. I ordered the spaghetti marinera, expecting the delicious meal I remembered from my previous stay, but instead received a dry, overly salty pasta dish that was very disappointing and nothing like what they used to serve. I do want to acknowledge that the staff members were friendly, polite, and tried their best to help. However, friendly service alone is simply not enough to justify the very high prices this hotel charges today. At its current condition, this property does not deliver the luxury experience it advertises or once offered.
